Over the past 5 years I’ve delivered five thousand hours of coaching and worked with hundreds of clients in Central London. From this experience I’ve learned what works and what really doesn’t work when it comes to nutrition coaching.
This is not about ‘meal plans’, ‘food prepping’ or ‘clean eating’. If you want a meal plan of egg white omelettes, chicken and rice and two squares of dark chocolate for dessert you can find those else where much cheaper. In fact here’s one for free :)
My clients live in the real world. They have real jobs, work lunches, social obligations and weekends. If your approach to nutrition can’t accommodate these things how do you expect to stick to it?
